The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for delivering a high-quality dining experience.
The Waitress will be responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that all customers have a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.
Key
Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they arrive and provide menus and drink orders.
Take customer orders for food and drinks, and enter them into the computer system accurately.
Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Respond to customer requests and questions, and provide information about the menu and restaurant offerings.
Maintain a clean and organized dining room, and clear and reset tables in a timely manner.
Manage customer payments, including processing credit card payments and making change accurately.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of all orders.
Keep abreast of industry trends and new menu offerings, and make recommendations to customers.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as a waitress, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to manage large volumes of customers during peak dining hours.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
