We are a 90% e-commerce company who specializes in digital media to drive online sales.
TorkStrap LLC is seeking a qualified, full time, social media manager who can also handle customer service as the tasks go hand-in-hand.
Duties:
- Execute customer service requests via social media, email and website chat box.
- Develop engaging social media campaigns to drive traffic and increase followers - Prepare and execute minor content productions with minimal guidance
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube.

Years editing experience either Adobe, Davinci or Final Cut Pro - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms - Ability to manage relationships with influencers and partners - Experience using tools like Hootsuite for social media management Nice-to-Have Skills:
